Advising Services
The Office of Advising and Student Services primarily works with undergraduate students and provides an array of academic advising services for students currently enrolled in the College or new students seeking information.
Some of these academic advising services include:
- Providing students with general information about programs
within the college
- Assisting students in clarifying their goals and values
in relationship to exploring alternative majors
- Providing accurate information about university requirements,
policies, and procedures
- Assisting undecided education students in planning course
schedules and registration
- Assisting students with general information
about time management and study skills
- Providing appropriate referrals to other campus offices
