  • Dr. Wei Zheng received her double bachelor's degree in English and Economics from Beijing University in China, and her Ph.D. degree in human resource development from the University of Minnesota. Dr. Zheng's research interests include social dynamics of innovation, international human resource development, and leadership development. Her innovation research focuses on identifying how leadership, social capital, and organizational learning influence team innovation. She also examines approaches to assessing individual and team innovativeness of public and private R&D teams. She has provided learning and performance consulting services to organizations both in the US and in China.
