The ETRA department offers classes leading to a MSEd in Instructional Technology with Library Information Specialist Type 10 Certification and/or Endorsement via videoconference at each of the three PALS service centers (Coal Valley, Rockford, and Shorewood) in addition to the DeKalb campus. Classes usually meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00-7:00 pm.
