Faculty Consultations
The College of Education serves a diverse array of audiences, including businessses, school districts, and other organizations. In addition to teaching traditional classroom courses, individual faculty also serve as consultants who can develop workshops tailored to a specific audience.
The Office of External Programs can match NIU faculty resources with the articulated needs of practicing professionals to create instruction designed to meet professional development needs. Some of
these experiences are tailored to meet the needs of a particular
organization or group. Others are offered more broadly, attracting participants
from across professions, communities, and companies.
For details about faculty qualifications or consultation, please contact the Office of External Programs.
