CoE Alum Wins Awards from the Council for Exceptional Children

Stacy Kelly, Ph.D., a recent Educational Psychology grad who specialized in blindness and visual impairment, recently received two awards from the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC), including one from the Division on Visual Impairments.
