Renique Kersh, Ph.D. currently serves as the associate vice provost for Student Engagement and Success and is responsible for university efforts related to retention and student success. Prior to NIU, Kersh was at North Central College in Naperville, where she taught courses on leadership, student development and retention. Kersh has also held administrative positions at Johns Hopkins University, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and the University of Missouri, Kansas City.
