You must earn a grade of B- or higher in all required courses; otherwise, you must repeat the course. If required to repeat a course, you'll be asked to schedule a meeting with EREA faculty to discuss strategies to help you succeed.
You can repeat a maximum of two courses for a higher grade. If you repeat a course and do not earn a grade of B- or higher, you'll be removed from the program.
Degree Progress Review
At the end of each spring semester, EREA faculty review students' progress toward degree completion. This involves review of courses completed and grades earned, as well as faculty/program advisor discussion of student performance and concerns.
If it's determined you're not making adequate progress toward degree completion, EREA faculty will meet with you to identify supports to help you succeed. If the following annual review determines you're still not making adequate progress, EREA faculty will then suggest alternative programming.
