Rodney Caughron, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Sport Management at Northern Illinois University. He received both his B.A. in Political Science and M.S. in Exercise Physiology from Iowa State University and his Ph.D. from the University of Iowa in Athletic Administration. Previous to his current position, Caughron served as Coordinator of Fitness for the Saudi Air Force and worked in the Student Services and ticket office at the University of Iowa.
