Biography

Rachel is an instructor and lab technician for the Department of Kinesiology and Physical Education at NIU. Prior to her employment at NIU, she worked as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for 18 years. Rachel owns a group fitness studio in Geneva, IL. Her certifications include American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer, The BioMechanics Method Corrective Exercise Specialist and Mat pilates group fitness certification.
