The Learning Center

The Learning Center will be closed through Sept. 28, 2020, in support of NIU's decision to limit in-person activities and interactions, in our effort to stop the spread of COVID-19 and protect our Huskies.
Trying to find a place on campus to study this semester?
The Learning Center is located in the basement of Gabel Hall. The south side of the learning center contains work tables, a computer lab and a café offering additional workspace and is open to all students. Physical distancing guidelines and cleaning protocols are in place to make this a safe and productive space to study.
The north side of the learning center is being used for in-person class sessions during the fall 2020 semester and therefore is closed for general student use.
